We’re looking for a curious, ideas-first writer who can turn briefs into scroll-stopping copy across ads, social, web, and brand campaigns.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
● Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for digital ads, social media reels, websites, and marketing campaigns both in Bengali & English.
● Develop fresh campaign ideas, taglines, and brand messages that reflect the client’s identity.
● Collaborate with client service and the creative team to understand brand voice and objectives.
● Understanding of SEO optimised content and how to apply it in written content.
● Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
● Conduct research on products, competitors, and market trends to write informed and impactful copy.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
● Bachelor’s in Marketing, English, Communications, or related field.
● 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
● Excellent command of written English & Bengali language with strong storytelling.
● Good organising and planning & time management skills.
● Familiarity with MS Office and a basic understanding of marketing trends. Knowledge of AI tools will be given priority.
