Job Title: Business Intelligence Intern (Urgent Hiring)

Stipend: BDT 10,000 per month
Office Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Context:
The Business Intelligence Intern will support data-driven decision-making across all internal teams by preparing data, building dashboards, and generating insights. While dashboards may cover any business domain, the role requires a strong focus on sales-level analysis and performance insights. The position includes a 3-month internship, followed by a 3-month probation period, with opportunities for permanent employment based on performance.

Responsibilities:
Prepare, clean, and structure data from multiple sources
Build and maintain business dashboards using Power BI and Metabase
Perform sales-level analysis to track performance, trends, and gaps
Generate actionable insights to support business and management decisions
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports
Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports to cross-functional teams

Requirements:
Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL
Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Hands-on experience with Power BI
Familiarity with Metabase or similar BI tools
Understanding of data analysis, metrics, and reporting concepts
Ability to analyze sales data and interpret business performance
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
