Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries
Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and vouchers
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
Prepare financial reports and statements as required
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, VAT, and other statutory requirements
Support internal and external audits
Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
Coordinate with other departments for financial data and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of relevant work experience (Fresh graduates with strong academic background may apply)
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting
Understanding of VAT and tax regulations in Bangladesh
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and organizational abilities
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in trading or FMCG sector is preferred
