Key Responsibilities:
Work Order Processor โ This role requires hands-on experience in processing property preservation work orders for clients such as MCS, Safeguard, First Allegiance, SingleSource, Home365, Cyprexx, Spectrum, and similar platforms. Candidates must be familiar with order review, bid preparation, photo documentation analysis, vendor follow-up, quality control, and timely submission of work orders according to client guidelines.
Requirements:
๐ Bachelorโs degree Must
๐ฌ Strong spoken & written English
โจ๏ธ Typing speed: 30โ32 WPM + MS Office & Excel proficiency
โก Strong multitasking, organization & pressure-handling skills
๐ง Problem-solving mindset with proactive attitude
