Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Onboarding Clients.
โ€ข Manage and maintain clear communication with US clients
โ€ข Review and validate client/vendor data before submission
โ€ข Upload property documents to client portals
โ€ข Follow up on pending tasks, corrections, or rejections
โ€ข Maintain TAT and ensure quality standards
โ€ข Identify workflow gaps and suggest improvements
โ€ข Prepare reports, trackers, and documentation
