যখন আপনার কোম্পানি শুরু হয়েছিল,
তখন আমি দৈনিক ২০০ টাকায়
১৬ ঘণ্টা কাজ করতাম।

টাকা ছিল না ,
কিন্তু পরিশ্রমে কমতি ছিল না।
কারণ আমি শুধু টাকার জন্য কাজ করিনি,
স্বপ্নের জন্য কাজ করেছি।

অন্যের ব্র্যান্ড দাঁড় করাতে
নিজের সময়, ঘুম, শান্তি—
সব দিয়েছি।

বিনিময়ে সবসময় মূল্য পাইনি,
কিন্তু অভিজ্ঞতা পেয়েছি।

সর্বশেষ আমি শিখলাম জানুয়ারী’২৬ এ—
যে ব্র্যান্ডের জন্য নিঃস্বার্থভাবে লড়েছিলাম,
সেই ব্র্যান্ডই একদিন আমাকে তীব্রভাবে ছুড়ে ফেললো।

সেদিন কষ্ট হয়েছিল।
কিন্তু সেদিনই বুঝেছি—
নিজেকে হারিয়ে অন্যের স্বপ্ন বাঁচিয়ে রাখার কোনো মানে নেই।

আজ বুঝি—
অন্যের ব্র্যান্ড দাঁড় করাতে গিয়ে
নিজের স্বপ্নটাই পিছিয়ে দিয়েছিলাম।

সে জন্যোই হয়তো বলে -
শেয়ারে বিয়ে করো কিন্তু
ব্যবসা বা ব্রান্ড বানানোর স্বপ্ন দেখিও না ।

সমানে সমান না হইলে,
শেয়ার বিজনেস না,
আর সমানে সমান ০.১% হয়ো না ।

অনেক হলো অন্যের গল্প তৈরি করা।
এখন আর প্রমাণ করার জন্য কাজ করি না।

এখন আর শুধু অন্যের গল্পের অংশ হয়ে থাকতে চাই না।
এইবার নিজের গল্পটা তৈরি করতে চাই।
