Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising channels.
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to drive maximum return on investment (ROI) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify target audience segments, optimize ad placements, and refine messaging.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve ad performance, audience targeting, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and sales, to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of our campaigns.
• Perform A/B testing and implement continuous optimization strategies to improve ad creative, copy, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
• Utilize programmatic advertising platforms and tools to efficiently manage ad inventory and budgets.
• Track and report on advertising campaign metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA), providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital ad campaigns.
• Proficient in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and a good understanding of programmatic advertising.
• Familiarity with ad campaign tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Facebook Pixel, Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Knowledge of audience targeting techniques and experience with A/B testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data to drive informed decisions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and align advertising efforts with business objectives.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
