Product Executive (Sales/Marketing)

Job Description / Responsibility
• To provide medical and scientific information to doctors through literature detailing
• Prescription generation from doctors & meet prescription targets
• No sales target
• Chemist visit (if necessary)

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements
• B.Pharm/ M.Pharm
• Master/ Bachelor degree in any discipline with science up to H.S.C. level is a must.

Job Requirements
• No experience needed
• Experienced are welcome
• Age Maximum 30 years
• Smart, self-motivated and dynamic with very good interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, ambitious and hard working
• Good communication skills both in English & Bangla.

Job Location: Dhaka

For more extension of operation, River Pharma is looking for some promising candidates for the position of “PRODUCT EXECUTIVES” in its Sales & Marketing Department.
Job Description / Responsibility:
Purpose - The Product Executive is responsible for positioning and promoting their assigned products in the market. The incumbent must be able to grasp product benefits, and develop effective strategies to improve the demand of products. Assess the market structure and understand the needs of the buyers, and implement new ideas for sales growth. Maintain relations with all stakeholders and medical professionals for creating brand identity in the market. This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing.
Planning - Prepare Marketing Plan, Promotional Budget and Annual Sales Objective
Design Marketing Campaign and Promotional Materials for creating brand recognition among buyers
Sales Enablement - Ensure effective implementation of Marketing Strategy in front of Doctors
Liaison - Maintain good relation with internal and external stakeholders
Job Nature: Full-time Educational Requirements:
M.Pharm / B. Pharm / Graduate with Science background (Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Biology etc.) from any reputed recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
Fresh graduates / 1 year experienced can apply
Additional Job Requirements:
Age 25 to 28 year(s)
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
Persuasive ability
Smart, energetic and innovative
Willing to Travel
Excellent command over English and Bengali, in all forms of communication
