đ How to Find These Settings:

Turn OFF "Primarily AC Use" or "Battery Extender"
Set Custom Charge to 100%
FOR LENOVO LAPTOPS:

Toggle it OFF â This is the culprit!
Set charge threshold to 100%
FOR HP LAPTOPS:
Open "HP Support Assistant"
Navigate to Battery and Power
Find "Battery Health Manager"
Select "Let HP manage my battery" or disable it
FOR ASUS LAPTOPS:
Open "MyASUS" app
Go to Battery Health Charging
Select "Full Capacity Mode" (100%)
Why Does This Setting Exist?
It's actually helpful! Keeping batteries at 100% constantly makes them degrade faster. By limiting to 60-80%, manufacturers extend battery life from 2-3 years to 4-5 years.
Great if you: Always use laptop plugged in
Terrible if you: Actually need full battery capacity
đŦ REAL STORY:
"Conservation mode was ON and I had no idea. My HP wouldn't charge past 60% for MONTHS. I thought my laptop was dying. It was literally just a setting. I'm crying" - Jennifer K.
