Position: Visualizer (Executive / Junior Executive)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual who can contribute to visual content development across branding, PR, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

· Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
· Basic to intermediate knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
· Ability to develop visual concepts for branding and campaign materials
· Understanding of design principles including typography, color, and composition
· Capability to create engaging content for digital and social media platforms
· Experience in PR or branding agency work will be an added advantage
· Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and adaptability
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Position: Executive / Senior Executive – Strategy & Planning

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented individual who can contribute to strategy and planning across branding and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:
• Ability to uncover deep consumer insights by analyzing behavior, culture, and category dynamics
• Translate insights into clear, actionable strategic directions for brands and businesses
• Develop end-to-end strategic plans — from problem definition to ex*****on roadmap
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, communication strategy, and narrative building
• Capability to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and audience shifts to inform strategy
• Skilled in crafting compelling presentations (PPT) that connect insight, strategy, and ex*****on seamlessly
• Ability to think both conceptually and ex*****onally — turning ideas into real-world impact
• Strong storytelling and articulation skills to sell ideas internally and to clients
• Experience in integrated campaigns (digital, ATL, PR) will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of comprehensive multi-channel media strategies that align with brand objectives and ROI targets.
• Oversee the allocation of large-scale media budgets, ensuring optimal spending efficiency and strict financial accountability.
• Lead high-level negotiations with media houses and serve as the primary liaison between the brand and media partners to secure premium placements, competitive rates, and seamless ex*****on.

• Conduct daily monitoring of active campaigns, adjusting bids or placements to ensure KPIs are met.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking actual spend against the planned budget.
• Maintain constant communication with media marketing team to manage schedules, deadlines, and material specifications.
• Manage the end-to-end reconciliation process, including invoices, release orders (ROs), and proof of ex*****on.
