‘WaveFest Season 1: A Night with Kaavish’ নিয়ে আপনাদের অদম্য আগ্রহ এবং ধৈর্যের জন্য আমরা আন্তরিকভাবে কৃতজ্ঞ। টিকেট রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া এবং অনুষ্ঠানের পরবর্তী সময়সূচী নিয়ে আমরা একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আপডেট শেয়ার করছি।

**ম্যানুয়াল রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়ার কারণ:

টিকেট বিক্রয় চলাকালীন আমরা লক্ষ্য করেছি যে, অসংখ্য ভুয়া বা ফেক টিকেট তৈরি করা হয়েছে। বর্তমানে অনেকেই টিকেটের প্রকৃত মূল্যের চেয়ে কয়েক গুণ বেশি টাকা রিফান্ড দাবি করছেন। এই জালিয়াতি রোধ করতে এবং আমাদের প্রকৃত দর্শকদের কাছে রিফান্ডের টাকা পৌঁছে দিতে আমরা পুরো প্রক্রিয়াটি ম্যানুয়ালি (Manual) যাচাই-বাছাই করছি।
অনেক প্রতারক চক্র ক্রমাগত আমাদের এজেন্সিকে বিভ্রান্ত করার চেষ্টা করছে, যার ফলে ভেরিফিকেশন প্রক্রিয়ায় কিছুটা বেশি সময় লাগছে। আপনাদের কষ্টের টাকা যেন সঠিক হাতে পৌঁছায়, তা নিশ্চিত করতেই আমরা প্রতিটি ট্রানজেকশন নিবিড়ভাবে পরীক্ষা করছি।

While WaveFest 2025 was postponed due to the current situation in the country, we understand that for many of you, this felt like an excuse for the refund delays. The reality is that while the portal is online, the financial settlement requires coordination with banking partners and verification teams who have been significantly impacted by regional disruptions. We are working around the clock to resolve these bottlenecks."

To those who choose to stand by us, your loyalty will not be forgotten. For all ticket holders who choose to keep their tickets for the rescheduled show, we are preparing a major surprise for the next event. This is our way of thanking you for staying with us until the end and believing in our vision.

The refund portal is now active at tickticki.com for those who require it. It'll need 3 days minimum to get your refund after you provide detail.Due to verification and security reason we must go through this process. Whether you choose to stay or request a refund, we thank you for your patience and for being part of the Primewave family.

Wavefest Season 1 – Refund Policy Update

We sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.

We want to clearly inform our valued ticket holders that refunds will be processed within this week. To ensure a clean, smooth, and transparent refund process, we are working closely with our IT team, payment gateway partners, and ticketing partners. Multiple coordination sessions are already underway, and our teams are working tirelessly to resolve this matter responsibly.

Our IT team requires approximately five more days to fully complete the technical procedures related to the refund policy. We kindly request our valued clients to remain patience and place your trust on us while we complete this process with the utmost care and accuracy.

We would also like to clarify once again that Wavefest Season 1 is NOT cancelled, it has been postponed. As already announced, our honourable bands have also officially shared this update.

We understand that the postponement has been emotionally disappointing for many of you. Your feelings matter to us, and we deeply respect the love and excitement you had for Wavefest. However, we are bound to act in compliance with government decisions and legal policies, which we must honor responsibly.

Dear audience,
We sincerely respect the passion and anticipation you showed for Wave Fest Season 1, which was scheduled for December 5th. PrimeWave Communications spared no effort to make this concert a success. We had finalized our preparations, including artists' air tickets, accommodation, venue booking, and all necessary government fees. The Pakistani band Kaavish had already arrived in Dhaka.
However, the sudden and serious illness of the former Prime Minister of the country, Begum Khaleda Zia, and the resulting grave situation across the nation, placed us in a state of uncertainty. We held deep respect for her physical ailment. In such a volatile state, we were discouraged by the government from organizing the concert due to public safety risks. Ensuring the safety of you and the artists was our primary responsibility. This decision was extremely difficult and painful for us, but given the overall circumstances, it was impossible for us to go against the government's decision. We, along with Kaavish, jointly agreed on the tough decision that it is best to wait until the situation returns to normal.
🎫 Ticket and Refund Information:
* Show Postponed: This is a postponement, not a cancellation. Our contract with Kaavish remains valid, and their payment has been processed. They are committed to returning to Dhaka to perform. Therefore, we request you to kindly hold onto your ticket, which will remain valid for the subsequent show.
* Refund Assurance: For those who are not willing to hold their tickets, we will certainly provide a refund. We would like to remind you that PrimeWave Communications has a transparent track record of refunding tickets in similar past situations. The security of every penny you spent is a major commitment for us.
* Website Update: Since the refund process was not pre-planned, our ticketing partner, tickticki.com, is currently undergoing technical development (Digital Construction). The refund process will commence as soon as it is ready.
We sincerely apologize for the temporary inconvenience caused by the events of December 5th. We will announce a new date and venue in a more stable and secure environment, and on an even larger scale, very soon.

Kaavish arrived in Dhaka last night. There is only one reason for this, we wanted to complete this show successfully at any cost. Considering the overall situation and instability in the country, after overcoming all the complications related to preparations, venues, paperwork, artist payments and permits, we are suggested to postpone Wavefest Season 01 because of sentimental reasons regarding the unrest in the country. We tried our best from the bottom of our hearts to complete the event till the last minute, but the current situation is beyond our control.

The event has been postponed, but not canceled. Please don’t be upset. We sincerely apologize for this unavoidable situation. We would also like to inform you that Kaavish himself have given a video message to you here. Once again, we sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience.

Important Notice: Due to permissions the venue for WaveFest Season 01 has been changed from Courtside. To make your experience even more comfortable and enjoyable, we’re shifting a new and upgraded venue.

Our team is working closely to finalise all details, and the official venue announcement is coming shortly.
