BrandDebug is hiring two junior-level team members to join our growing digital and tech-focused company. These roles are ideal for motivated individuals who want to work on real client projects, learn fast, and grow their careers.
🔹 Position 1: WordPress & No-Code Website Developer
Responsibilities
• Build and customize websites using WordPress and no-code tools
• Maintain good UI/UX and design sense
• Write and improve website content using AI tools
• Handle basic HTML & CSS
• Have a basic understanding of REST API concepts
• Work on real local and international client projects
Expectations
• Experience with WordPress / no-code platforms
• Good design sense
• Basic English content writing skills (AI-assisted)
• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Own laptop or PC to work with
🔹 Position 2: Business Operations Executive
Responsibilities
• Manage and grow social media presence
• Research and collect business leads
• Reach out to leads via emails, messages, and proposals
• Handle our Upwork account
• Assist in sending proposals and follow-ups
• Write technical content, reports, and documentation
• Work closely with the CEO and learn business operations
Requirements
• Good written English communication skills
• Comfortable using AI tools for research and writing
• Basic understanding of the tech/digital industry
• Organized, responsible, and proactive
• Fresh graduates are welcome
Compensation (Same for Both Roles)
• Provision Period (First Month): BDT 8,000
(Skills, smartness, and learning ability will be evaluated)
• After confirmation: Full-time role with salary increment
