Homemade Chia Pudding đĨŖâ¨
A healthy and delicious bowl made with simple ingredients. Perfect for breakfast or a light snack!
Ingredients:
âĸ Chia seeds
âĸ Milk
âĸ Plain Yogurt
âĸ Dates / Cherries
âĸ Nuts
How I made it:
1ī¸âŖ Mix chia seeds with milk and sour curd.
2ī¸âŖ Add chopped dates , cherries and nuts.
3ī¸âŖ Stir well and let it rest for some time so the chia seeds soak and thicken.
4ī¸âŖ Enjoy a healthy and tasty chia pudding!
