We’re Hiring — Social Media Manager & Personal Branding Executive

If you spend hours on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, or YouTube and actually understand internet culture instead of just “posting content” — this might be for you.

We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Manager & Personal Branding Executive who will work closely with our creative team and help grow both Binary CGI and personal brand content online.

Responsibilities :
➔ Manage all social media platforms of Binary CGI
➔ Upload and maintain regular content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
➔ Create and manage personal branding content for company leadership
➔ Write engaging captions, posts, and content ideas
➔ Design and edit simple creative assets like carousels, banners, Facebook posts, and other static social media content when needed
➔ Schedule posts and maintain content calendars
➔ Monitor comments, inboxes, and audience engagement
➔ Coordinate with designers, editors, and the marketing team
➔ Stay updated with social media trends and viral content styles
➔ Help improve online reach, engagement, and brand visibility

What you need:
➔ Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
➔ Good communication and writing skills
➔ Creative mindset with content idea generation ability
➔ Basic understanding of branding and audience engagement
➔ Responsible, active, and consistent in work
➔ Based in Dhaka, available full-time onsite

Bonus if you have:
➔ Experience creating fast-paced, engaging videos similar to Alex Hormozi, Iman Gadzhi, and modern creator-style content
➔ Knowledge of reels, shorts, retention editing, and viral content strategy
➔ Previous experience in agency, media, or creator-focused content production
➔ Familiarity with internet culture, creators, and trend-based content

BinaryCGI is seeking a highly disciplined and performance-driven professional to oversee studio operations while actively delivering senior-level 3D animation. This is a position of responsibility, authority, and accountability, reporting directly to the CEO.

Primary Responsibilities-

Project & Operational Oversight

Manage end-to-end project ex*****on from planning to final delivery

Monitor team attendance, leave management, punctuality, and discipline

Enforce structured workflows and daily production tracking

Ensure all deliverables meet strict deadlines and quality benchmarks

Provide direct operational reports to the CEO

Quality Control & Standards-

Maintain and enforce high animation quality standards

Review outputs for consistency, technical accuracy, and creative excellence

Identify inefficiencies and implement workflow improvements

Creative Production-

Personally produce high-quality 3D animation assets

Lead by example through strong technical and artistic ex*****on

Support and guide junior and mid-level animators when required

Requirements-

Proven experience as a Senior 3D Animator

Demonstrated capability in project management and team supervision

Strong understanding of animation pipelines and production processes

High level of professional discipline, accountability, and leadership maturity

Excellent reporting, organizational, and communication skills

This role demands structure, authority, and ex*****on excellence.
