Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM â 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
âĸ Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
âĸ Engage regularly with community/group members.
âĸ Resolve customer complaints and issues quickly and efficiently.
âĸ Provide technical support to users facing service-related problems.
âĸ Process orders, payments, and handle billing-related queries.
âĸ Collect customer feedback and share insights for service improvement.
âĸ Stay updated with service knowledge and digital trends.
âĸ Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
âĸ Maintain professionalism and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
