About the Role
Knox Tech Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele Sales Executives to become part of our growing team. The position focuses on making outbound B2B sales for our Janitorial Campaign aimed at the North American market. Applicants have the flexibility to work either on-site at our Mohammadpur office or remotely from home, based on their preference and availability.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients
Professionally promote janitorial services over the phone
Manage, nurture, and follow up on leads effectively
Schedule appointments and provide relevant service information
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity
Requirements
Minimum of 6 months of telesales experience (preferably in janitorial or similar campaigns)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Availability to work night shifts (aligned with North American time zones)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: BDT 18,000–30,000+, depending on experience and performance
Attractive commission structure and performance-based bonuses
Flexible earning models: appointment-based or hourly + commission
