We work with a number of projects who are developing innovative blockchain technologies. For those clients who are nascent in their development, we help establish their branding and other design elements to assist with their launch. We have been inundated with an increasing demand for our branding to be built out across their websites and applications. We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to come onboard full-time.

Skill Requirements
Our clients require cutting-edge design that matches the ground-breaking work they’re involved in. We need for this person to have the flexibility to meet this brief, and provide exceptional results specific to the client’s ambitions. We want someone who enjoys working in a team environment and can be involved in our initial branding, brainstorming process. We have no specific requirements in terms of platforms candidates are proficient in, however, it is expected that they will be well versed in the Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry staples such as Figma. We work with a team of exceptional back-end developers across the globe, so there will be a tremendous opportunity to work collaboratively with the best in the business.. We seek talent who are capable of managing their own workload and possess qualified time-management skills.

This role will also offer other adjacent creative opportunities if the candidate possesses the enthusiasm. We will be consistently developing NFT artwork for our clients and are onboarding a team of talented creatives to join our design, illustration and animation teams. There is a tremendous opportunity to continuing pushing the proverbial envelope on what constitutes the future of UX/UI design.

Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Flutter-based mobile application development, able to independently complete the development of iOS and Android applications
2. Discuss the technical implementation plan with the back-end engineer, conduct application and system integration
3. Research the Flutter development technology, and make suggestions for product improvement based on the experience in the development process
4. Continue to improve and optimize the product development process, improve development capabilities and efficiency, and improve user experience and usability through technology
5. Accept other work arrangements

Job Requirements:
1. Familiar with Flutter technology, Dart language, understand the implementation principle of Flutter common components
2. Must be proficient in native development of iOS or Android
3. Have good component-oriented programming experience
4. Familiar with interface beautification and efficient layout under Flutter
5. Familiar with the technical process under Flutter, native hybrid development, and independent development
6. Ability to independently solve technical problems in Flutter
7. Experience in actual Flutter projects and map processing is preferred
8. Proficiency in using Git common operation commands
9. Have a strong thirst for knowledge and enterprising spirit, have continuous enthusiasm for new technologies, and have strong learning ability
10. Have good communication and expression skills

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality features for our platform. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Responsibilities
1. Consult with product manager to design and develop new features of our design automation platform
2. Maintain and optimize existing features to improve platform stability
3. Communicate with product manager and backend engineer for feature integration
4. Platform testing and debugging

Qualifications
1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience. ( Professionally working with React JS for more than 03 years can apply without any education qualification)
2. 2+ years of relevant experience in software development, can be project-based experience
3. Programming experience in front-End technologies React JS is required
4. Practical experience with design and implement REST APIs
5. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

Professional Requirements:
1. Comfortable working in English
2. Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Plus:
1. Building, testing and deploying applications using Docker container
2. Basic knowledge in Python
3. Basic knowledge of relational database and SQL
