Digital Marketing Solution (Pvt.) Ltd. is a results-driven digital agency specializing in performance digital marketing. We are currently expanding our team to include a highly skilled Facebook & Google Ads Expert to support our sister company’s digital growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Google platforms. With a strong understanding of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking, you will play a key role in driving ROI-focused campaigns

Salary Range 𝟐𝟓𝐤-𝟒𝟎𝐤 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, depending on skillset

• Candidates must work at least 1-2 months as a trainee before working as a full-time employee
• Minimum 6 months of employment agreement needs to be signed by the candidate

✔️Setup advanced tracking pixel, conversation API, GTM, GA4, & server side tracking and perfect adjustment process maintained .
✔️ Campaign Ex*****on: Manage end-to-end campaign delivery across various platforms (Google Ads & Meta), ensuring campaigns align with client objectives and are executed on time.
✔️Account Setup & Structuring: Implement best practices for account setup, including audience segmentation, keyword research, and campaign structuring, to optimize performance.
✔️Optimization: Continuously monitor and refine campaigns, utilizing A/B testing, bid strategies, and other tools to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
✔️Reporting & Analysis: Compile and present performance reports with actionable insights, clearly explaining results to clients and identifying opportunities for improvement.
✔️Strategy Support: Provide input on campaign strategies, recommending the best campaign types and tactics for various scenarios to achieve client goals.
✔️Collaboration: Work closely with creative and account management teams to ensure cohesive campaign ex*****on and alignment with client branding.
✔️Industry Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure all campaigns are cutting-edge and compliant with platform policies.

✔️Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
✔️Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
✔️A deep understanding of audience targeting, ad copywriting, and performance tracking.
✔️Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
