Wanderlux, a luxury travel site, made on ๐ช๐ถ๐
, was a design and development I recently created, and my focus was to create a high end digital experience that is as aspirational as the destinations they feature.
The essence of the problem was to create the site that conveys at the very first look the feeling of exclusivity, trust, and elegance yet makes the users navigate the site to the point of inquiry and conversion. As luxury travel is very visual and emotional, I made it my priority to create a user experience that is both immersive and straightforward at the same time, as well as informative and convincing.
The design of the homepage was aimed at creating a good first impression. One takes the form of a full-width hero section with cinematic destination imagery that is immediately followed by a refined typography and targeted calls to action. The layout then leads to well planned areas such as featured destinations, premium services, brand credibility, testimonials and a contact form.
Visual storytelling was a big design concern. The destination cards were designed to look and feel inviting with a powerful image, hierarchical levels of text and uniform spacing to produce a professional editorial appearance. My palette was also a soft neutral with deep contrast areas to reiterate the luxury positioning of the brand.
Concerning the UX, I tried to make the experience intuitive and conversion-oriented. The visitors can rapidly grasp what Wanderlux sells, find out what to go to, build credibility by means of social validation, and contact them using a clean inquiry form. Inspiration and action are facilitated by the structure, which is critical to service based travel brands.
On the branding department, the site was made to appear classy yet not overwhelming. The typography contrast, negative space, iconography, and section rhythm are all in unison to produce a high-end but friendly experience.

โข Good brand positioning to validate luxury audiences.
โข Building trust-related parts such as testimonials and experience highlights.
โข Lead Generation A lead generation contact experience that is conversion-ready.
This project supported the strength of intelligent web design in perception. In the case of luxury brands, a web site ought not to merely convey information but needs to induce lust, trust and a feeling of experience well before the voyage is taken.
