Job Title: Video Editor
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team at ShutterBug Studio. As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in bringing our visual projects to life. If you are passionate about storytelling through video and possess proficiency in industry-standard software, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished product, ensuring high-quality visuals and seamless transitions
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual content
Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance editing skills
Ensure projects are completed within deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality
Provide creative input to enhance the overall production value of our videos
Requirements:
Proficiency in video editing software, including but not limited to Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Illustrator
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and pacing
Ability to work collaboratively and take creative direction
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience in video editing or a related field is a plus
