Project Overview
This project features a high-impact poster design created for May 1st, International Workers' Day. The objective was to craft a visual tribute to the hard work, resilience, and rights of laborers worldwide. The design combines bold typography with symbolic imagery to deliver a powerful message of solidarity and strength.
Design Concept & Key Features
Custom Typography: The focal point is the bold Bengali typography for "শ্রমিক" (Worker), which creatively integrates a hammer icon into the letterform to symbolize industrial labor and craftsmanship.
Color Symbolism: I utilized a vibrant Red to represent the struggle and passion of the working class, contrasted against a bright, airy background to signify hope and a better future.
Visual Storytelling: The composition includes silhouettes of laborers and industrial elements, grounding the design in real-world context while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.
Message Focus: A dedicated section highlights the core message: "Fair wages and a safe environment are our rights," ensuring the design serves as both art and advocacy.
