ফ্রিল্যান্সিং এর ক্ষেত্রে যেসব বিষয় বিবেচনা করতে হবে!
ফ্রিল্যান্সিং করতে চায় এরকম অনেক তরুন-তরুণী আমাদের দেশে রয়েছে। তবে হুটহাট করে ভুল সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার কারণে অনেকে পরে হতাশ হয়। ফ্রিল্যান্সিং এর ক্ষেত্রে যেসব বিষয় বিবেচনা করতে হবে তা আজ আলোচনা করা হচ্ছে।
কোন স্কিল আপনি ভালোভাবে আয়ত্ত্ব করেছেন সেটা আগে শনাক্ত করুণ। কারণ নিজের শক্তিশালী ও দুর্বল দিক সম্পর্কে ধারণা না থাকলে সামনে এগিয়ে যাওয়া সম্ভব নয়। তাই সবার আগে নিজেকে শনাক্ত করতে হবে। আগে থেকেই কোন স্কিল সম্পর্কে আপনার ধারণা বা জ্ঞান থাকলে ঔ বিষয় নিয়ে কাজ করা আপনার জন্য যুক্তিযুক্ত হবে।
মনে করুণ আপনি ওয়েব ডেভেলপমেন্ট নিয়ে কাজ করতে চান । কিন্তু ওয়েব ডেভেলপমেন্ট বিশাল সেক্টর সম্পর্কে সব বিষয় নিয়ে কারও পক্ষে জানা সম্ভব নয়। ওয়েব ডেভেলপমেন্ট এর অনেক গুলো শাখার মধ্যে Web Design, Frontend Development, Backend Development, MERN Stack Development, WordPress Development ইত্যাদি নির্দিষ্ট বিষয় নিয়ে কাজ করতে পারেন।
এক বিষয়ে দক্ষতা অর্জন করতে পারলে অন্যান্য বিষয়ে দক্ষতা অর্জন সহজ হয়ে যাবে। সুতরাং ব্রেইন কে এক দিকে মনোযোগের সাথে ধাবিত করুণ।
আপনি যেই স্কিলে দক্ষতা অর্জন করবেন সেই বিষয় নিয়ে কথা বলবেন, ফেসবুকে সার্চ করবেন, ভিডিও দেখবেন, বই পড়বেন। কোন একটা বিষয় নিয়ে সারাক্ষণ নিজেকে ব্যস্ত রাখবেন।
আপনার ব্রেইনকে নির্দিষ্ট বিষয়ে ভাবতে বাধ্য করা, চিন্তা করা, নিয়ম শিখা ইত্যাদি অভ্যাস করুন। নিজের প্রতি বিশ্বাস রাখতে হবে ও হাল ছাড়া যাবে না।
শেখার যে কয়টি উপায় আবিস্কার হয়েছে তার মধ্যে বই পড়ে শিখা সবচেয়ে কার্যকর। প্রচুর লেখাপড়া করুন। বাজারে ফ্রিল্যান্সিং এর উপরে ভাল ভাল প্রচুর বই আছে সেগুলো পড়তে হবে। গুগলে সার্চ দিয়ে নিজের স্কিল সম্পর্কে জানতে হবে, দক্ষতা অর্জন করতে হবে। ইউটিউবে ফ্রি ভিডিও দেখে প্রাইমারী দক্ষতা অর্জন করতে হবে।
সময় পেলে কমপক্ষে ৩/৪ ঘন্টা ভিডিও দেখুন। পেইড কোর্স ছাড়াও ইউটিউবে খুব ভাল ভাল ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং সম্পর্কে ভিডিও আছে। প্রথমেই পেইড কোর্সে ভর্তি হলে কঠিন অবস্থার সম্মুখীন হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা আছে, যা আপনাকে অনুৎসাহী করে তুলতে পারে।
আপনি কিছু দক্ষতা অর্জনের পর যখন বুঝবেন আপনাকে দিয়ে হবে তখন আপনার গাইডের প্রয়োজন পরবে। সেইক্ষেত্রে আপনি একটি কোর্সে ভর্তি হতে পারেন। মনে রাখবেন কিছু না জেনে হুটহাট করে কোন ফ্রিল্যান্সিং মার্কেট প্লেসে একাউন্ট করবেন না। এতে ঝামেলায় পড়তে পারেন।
