We are looking for a Social Media Marketer at PixiPair
Location: Gollamari, Khulna
Type: Full-Time (On-Site Only)
Salary: 10,000 – 12,000 BDT/month (based on skills & experience)
Working Days: Saturday – Thursday
Working Hours: 8 hours/day (customizable)
Role Overview
PixiPair is looking for a Social Media Marketer to join our team in Gollamari, Khulna. The ideal candidate will be creative, professional, and passionate about growing brands through social media. This is an on-site position—perfect for someone who is ready to take ownership of campaigns and deliver real results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow PixiPair’s presence across Social Media.
- Develop, plan, and execute creative social media campaigns.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and content calendars.
- Monitor insights, analytics, and engagement to optimize performance.
- Run basic ad campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team for creatives and content ideas.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in social media and digital marketing.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
- Creativity and ability to write engaging captions/content
- Basic knowledge of Canva or design tools (preferred).
- Ability to analyze data and provide performance reports
- Professional, punctual, and hardworking mindset.
