Our force is to reach a global route to provide creative solutions challenging the present marketing landscape. The fleet of trained people combined with strategists, designers, and coders are solely dedicated to provide the best marketing solutions in the country. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Market Research Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market research and analytics within the sector.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
⚪ Conduct online research to collect data on market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments.
⚪ Provide support and guidance to the strategy team to maximize market research capabilities.
⚪ Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
⚪ Perform additional duties and help with other projects assigned by the manager.
⚪ Interpret and research emerging trends involving various companies.
⚪ Excellent knowledge and experience with quantitative and qualitative data.
⚪ Create and maintain databases of market data and competitor information.
⚪ Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings.
⚪ Assist in the development of surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection methods.
⚪ Stay updated on industry news, emerging technologies, and competitive trends.
⚪ Complete any other responsibilities that may arise.

⚪ Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
⚪ Excellent communication skills, both orally and written with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
⚪ One must possess a proficient understanding of research tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or SPSS in order to accurately generate research outcomes.
⚪ Preferably someone who has done research and analysis involving a variety of different data.
⚪ Capable of doing tasks in a precise and timely manner independently.

The fleet of trained people combined with strategists, designers, and coders are solely dedicated to provide the best marketing solutions in the country. As a Graphic Designer, you will be a key creative force responsible for translating ideas, concepts, and messages into visually compelling designs across various media platforms. Your role will be vital in shaping the visual identity and brand presence of our company or clients, ensuring their messages resonate with the intended audience.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as content creators, strategic planners, creative director to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
• Edit and enhance product images and visuals for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Design engaging graphics for the company's website, email newsletters, and online campaigns.
• Amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Proven graphic designing experience minimum 1 year+.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Knowing after effects is a plus.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related fields is a plus.
