بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

ঐ ব্যক্তিকে "দাইয়ুস" বলে - যে তার স্ত্রী'কে ও পরিবারের অন্য সদস্যদেরকে অশ্লীল কাজ ও ব্যভিচারের সুযোগ দেয় বা সুযোগ করে দেয় এবং সকল শরীয়াহ বিরোধী কাজকে মেনে নেয়।

[ইমাম তিবি (রহ.) বলেন, অর্থাৎ সে তার পরিবারকে অন্যায় গর্হিত কাজ করতে দেখে, কিন্তু তা সত্ত্বেও তার আত্মমর্যাদবোধে বাধে না। তাদের এসব করা থেকে বাধা দেয় না। উল্টো সব কিছু মেনে নেয়) (মিরকাতুল মাফাতিহ, খণ্ড : ০৬ হাদিস নং : ৩৬৫৫, মুসনাদে আহমদ, হাদিস : ৬১১৩, নাসায়ি, হাদিস : ২৫৬২)
যে তার স্ত্রী পরিবারের অন্য সদস্যরা অশ্লীল কাজ বা ব্যভিচার করলে সে ভাল মনে করে গ্রহণ করে অথবা প্রতিবাদ না করে চুপ থাকে।

"দাইয়ুস" জাহান্নামী এবং কবিরা গুনাহকারী"।

"আপন স্ত্রীকে অশ্লীলতা ও ব্যভিচারের সুযোগ দেয়া" কবিরা গুনাহ।

রাসুল(সাঃ) বলেছেনঃ

তিন ব্যক্তির জন্য আল্লাহ জান্নাত হারাম করেছেনঃ

📚১) যে মদ তৈরী করে।

📚২) যে মাতা-পিতার নাফরমানী করে এবং

📚৩) ঐ চরিত্রহীন ব্যক্তি(দাইয়ুস) যে নিজ স্ত্রীকে অশ্লীলতা ও ব্যভিচার করতে সুযোগ দেয়।

***আহমাদঃ ৫৮৩৯।

"দাইয়ূসদের পরিণতি"

যার স্ত্রীর নিকট পর-পুরুষ প্রবেশ করে, অথচ সে কিছুই মনে করে না বরং চুপ থাকে, সে ব্যক্তিকে দাইয়ূস বলা হয়।

ইমাম যাহাবী (রহঃ) বলেছেনঃ

‘দাইয়ূছ’ সেই ব্যক্তি যে তার স্ত্রীর ফাহেশা কাজ সম্পর্কে অবগত। কিন্তু তার প্রতি ভালোবাসার কারণে উক্ত ব্যাপারে সে উদাসীন থাকে। অথবা তার উপর তার স্ত্রীর বৃহৎ ঋণ বা মোহরানার ভয়ে কিংবা ছোট ছেলেমেয়েদের কারণে সে স্ত্রীকে কিছুই বলে না এবং যার আত্ম-সম্মানবোধ বলতে কিছুই নেই’।

***যাহাবী, কিতাবুল কাবায়েরঃ ১/৫০ পৃঃ।

দাইয়ূস ব্যক্তির পরিণতি সম্পর্কে রাসূল (সাঃ) বলেছেনঃ

‘দাইয়ূস কখনোই জান্নাতে প্রবেশ করবে না’।

***নাসাঈঃ ২৫৬২, আহমাদ, মিশকাতঃ ৩৬৫৫; সহীহুল জামেঃ ৩০৫২।

রাসূল (সাঃ) বলেছেনঃ

"প্রতিটি মানুষই দায়িত্বশীল। সুতরাং প্রত্যেকেই অবশ্যই তার অধীনস্থদের দায়িত্বশীলতা বিষয়ে জিজ্ঞাসিত হবে। দেশের শাসক জনগণের দায়িত্বশীল। সে তার দায়িত্বশীলতার ব্যাপারে জবাবদিহী করবে।একজন পুরুষ তার পরিবারের দায়িত্বশীল। অতএব, সে তার দায়িত্বশীলতার বিষয়ে জিজ্ঞাসিত হবে। স্ত্রী তার স্বামী ও সন্তানের দায়িত্বশীল। কাজেই সে তার দায়িত্বশীলতার বিষয়ে জিজ্ঞাসিতা হবে।তোমরা প্রত্যেকেই দায়িত্বশীল। অতএব, প্রত্যেকেই নিজ নিজ অধীনস্থদের দায়িত্বশীলতার ব্যাপারে জিজ্ঞাসিত হবে।"

Competitive Running
The world is a stage and everyone is a competitor in the freelancing world, where I am a small runner. I don't know if is it possible for me to get my desirable object. I believe in Allah I have a strong desire and determination to do something as a beginner. Allah has told in the holy Quran in sura AL- jumuha verse no 10 this explanation of verse is that after performing salat everybody has to visit the field of the world. I can understand the explanation of the verse that every person in the world has to go to their respective workplace. here Allah has told human beings that every person has to do work and this work can be classified in various ways such as someone a judge, Barrister, Advocate, journalist, Freelancer, police, day Laboure, Farmar, etc. Very beginning as a new freelancer he/she didn't find a proper way or a person who will help him/her and teach him/her the right place and right work.
when a freelancer go to the marketplace using mobile and computer he can see different work and working rate according to skill that time a freelancer gives in to the greed of money and creates various accounts in the marketplace but after a few days, when he sees no response from the marketplace, he gets frustrated and stops freelancing. Because, he and she doesn't know what is marketplace mean and what is fiver ? what is up work? what is freelancer.com ? and what is Amazon?
But hose who work hard and get the right guidelines can surely reach their desired goal. As a new freelancer, getting admission in an organization without trying alone will save time and be successful.
