How to Fix manually canceled transactions by the Paypal service Xoom?
Here is the instruction.
01. Make a note & write the on hold / canceled transaction number which you can get from Paypal email.
02. Call Xoom (A Paypal service) verification department to this (800-935-7154) phone number
03. They will ask some questions & you will have to answer.
(a) What is your issue?
(b) What is the Xoom transaction number?
(c) Do you know that person?
(d) Have you met him in person?
(e) What services does he provide?
04. They will hold your phone for 10 minutes.
05. If you answer their question correctly then they will release money & the receiver will get money.
