We're Hiring | Meta+Google Ads + TikTok Ads Manager (E-Com + Lead Gen)
Full-Time | Remote
💰 Salary
30k-45k BDT/ Month
Experience: 2 years minimum!
What You'll Do:
Manage and monitor ad campaigns daily
Conversation tracking + Server side tracking
Handle multiple client projects at the same time
Take quick action when a campaign is underperforming
Join daily team meetings — Once a day
Send daily updates on campaign performance
Deliver weekly & monthly reports with clear analysis
Use Claude AI to improve campaign strategy and results
⚠️ Must-Have Requirements:
Proven experience in e-com + Lead Gen
Can handle multiple projects simultaneously (very important)
Always available for daily meetings (must)
Strong analytical skills — data-driven decisions only
Google Merchant Center + Meta Shop+ TikTok Shop
