আমার অনেক বন্ধু ও বড় ভাই বলে আমি কি নিয়ে কাজ করি?

আমি মূলত UI/UX designer, লেভেল ২ সেলার, ৫ স্টার রিভিউ এর সাথে ৩০০+ প্রজেক্ট কমপ্লিট করেছি।

UI/User Interface হলো, এই যে পোস্ট টি পড়ছেন সেটির একটি প্যাটার্ন আছে। প্রতিটি পোস্টের নিচে লাইক কমেন্ট শেয়ার বাটন আছে। উপরে পোস্টদাতা র ছবি, নাম আছে। কতক্ষন আগে পোস্ট করেছে সেটা আছে। আপনি পোস্টটি পছন্দ না করলে উপরে ডান দিকে ৩ ডট ওয়ালা বাটনে ট্যাপ করলে আপনি এই পোস্টটি রিপোর্ট করতে পারেন। আবার যদি এমন পোস্ট কম দেখতে চান তাহলে উপরের (x) বাটনে ট্যাপ করতে পারেন।

এটা হলো ফেসবুক পোস্টের ইন্টারফেস এবং এমন অনেক ইন্টারফেস দিয়ে পুরো ফেসবুক অ্যাপ টা ডিজাইন করা। আর আপনি একজন ইউজার যে এই ইন্টারফেস টা প্রতিনিয়ত দেখছে। এজন্য এটাকে ইউজার ইন্টারফেস ডিজাইন বলে।

UX/User Experience হলো, আপনাকে যদি অপরিচিত কেউ ফেইসবুকে বিরক্ত করে, আর আপনি যদি কিছুই করতে না পারেন তাহলে আপনি বিরক্ত হয়ে ফেসবুক চালানো বন্ধ করে দিতেন। সেজন্য ফেইসবুকে বিভিন্ন রকম ব্লক সিস্টেম আছে, যাতে আপনি সহজে এসব ডিস্টার্ব কন্ট্রোল করতে পারেন। এইরকম অনেক ফিচার আপনার এক্সপেরিয়েন্স আরো বেটার করে।
আর এই এক্সপেরিয়েন্সও ডিজাইন করতে হয়।

এখানে দুইটা phrase এই User কথাটি আছে। তার মানে হলো, যে কোনো অ্যাপ ডিজাইন করার আগে সেই অ্যাপ টি যারা ব্যাবহার করবে, তাদের সম্পর্কে রিসার্স করতে হবে। User Research বাদেও আরো অনেক কিছু আছে। Competitor Analysis, Market Research, User flow making, Interaction Design, UI animation, Prototyping, User testing, আরো অনেক কিছু। আবার ভিন্ন ভিন্ন অ্যাপের জন্য এই একই প্রসেস গুলো ভিন্ন হতে পারে, নতুন কোনো কনসেপ্ট যোগও হতে পারে।

Also called mental model-based evaluation that
helps you identify potential usability issues
before involving real users in testing.

🟢 Benefits:
-- Catch problems early, saving time and effort later.
-- Understand users better by thinking like them.
-- Easy to do, just grab a pen and paper!

🔴 Limitations:
-- It's your best guess at how users think, not a magic mirror.
-- It's not a replacement for testing with real users.
-- It can take more time for complex flows.

Scopes are the boundaries of your
user flow & purpose defines the
"why" behind your user flow.
