**Salary:
Basic Salary- 5,000-7,000 BDT + Target-Based Unlimited Bonus Earning Opportunity***
**Job Responsibilities:
- Inbound & Outbound Tele-service.
- Identify and assess customers' needs and purchase behaviour.
- Persuade the clients by cold calling to buy explaining to them how the services or products meet their requirements.
- Proven record of meeting sales targets through cold calling.
- Update customer information on the database with every call.
- Ensuring the highest quality of individual sales.
- Follow the pre-defined pitch & the entire calling process accurately.
- Provide the right information to customers in a professional tone & attitude.
- Listen to & handle customer queries about products & services effectively.
- Closing sales and leading customers through the purchasing process.
- Follow-up customer calls where necessary.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with senior management and colleagues.
**Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Business Graduates will be preferred)
- We also welcome all with a good academic background.
- Minimum Age of 18 Years.

- Excellent fluency in speaking English.
- Must be computer literate (Good browsing skills and high typing speed preferable).
- Must have customer-convincing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, Self-reliant, and service-oriented attitude.
- Experience in Sales related field is preferable.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Multilingual (Sylheti Dialect, Hindi/Arabic/Italian/Spanish/French/Turkish) will be preferred as well.
