We came from corporate background and started restaurant business in 2022 at Sylhet. Firstly, we have started business with a small pizza shop in a food court and after that we have opened two more small outlets there. As we were doing good, six months back we bought a 120-seat restaurant and it is one of the renowned restaurants in a prominent location in Sylhet.
Reason to take Investors:
Our plan was, as we did not have experience for a large scale restaurant operation, we kept few shares in our hand and based on requirement we would sell those shares. However, now we feel like it is time to sell few shares and take investors. Please note, we can’t give you the guarantee of profit straight away, because a Halal business never guarantees straight profit. New Restaurant needs time to grow and give you returns.

Investment Opportunity: Very limited shares for sale.
Business reports: Every share-holder will be in a common WhatsApp group where the accounts report will be posted in a daily and a monthly basis.
Legal Documents: Upon purchase, every share holder will be presented with a deed of agreement on 300 BDT stamped paper.
