বাতিলকরণ, রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড নীতি:
Fast Recharge BD-এ বিক্রি হওয়া শারীরিক পণ্যের জন্য আমরা ৩ দিনের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট গ্যারান্টি (অক্ষত বা
ক্স বা প্যাকেট ছাড়া) কভার করি।
ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার পর ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে প্রতিস্থাপনের অনুরোধ উত্থাপন করতে হবে।
পণ্যের অনুপলব্ধতার কারণে রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র বাতিলকৃত অর্ডার আইটেমগুলির জন্য প্রযোজ্য।
একটি বৈধ রিটার্নের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয়তা:
ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ (অর্ডার নম্বর, চালান, ইত্যাদি)
প্রত্যাবর্তনের কারণটি বৈধ হতে হবে এবং ফেরত গ্রহণের শর্ত পূরণ করতে হবে (নীচে দেখুন)
আপনি যদি কোন আইটেম অনুপস্থিত খুঁজে পান, বা যদি কিছু ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়, অনুগ্রহ করে অবিলম্বে আপনার প্যাকেজটি ফেরত দিন

একটি RFL পণ্য (গুলি) ফেরত দেওয়ার শর্ত এবং কারণগুলি:
একবার গ্রাহকের দ্বারা প্রাপ্ত পণ্য(গুলি) ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না।
পণ্য (গুলি) গ্রহণ করার আগে গ্রাহকদের পণ্যটি পরীক্ষা করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
নিম্নলিখিত পণ্যগুলি ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না:
অন্তর্বাস
সাঁতারের পোষাক
ত্বকের যত্ন, প্রসাধনী এবং পারফিউম
ব্যক্তিগত স্বাস্থ্যবিধি আইটেম যেমন কানের দুল, উইগ এবং চিরুনি
সিগার এবং পানীয়ের মতো ভোগ্য দ্রব্য
ইনস্টলেশন পরিষেবা শর্তাবলী:
যে পণ্যগুলির জন্য ইনস্টলেশন/ফিটিং প্রয়োজন, পণ্য প্রাপ্তির দিন থেকে 3 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ইনস্টলেশন পরিষেবা প্রদান করা হবে।
একবার গ্রাহকের দ্বারা প্রাপ্ত পণ্য(গুলি) ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না।
পণ্যের অনুপলব্ধতার কারণে বাতিলকরণ এবং ফেরত:
ক) অর্ডারকৃত আইটেমগুলির ডেলিভারি আমাদের বিক্রেতার ডিপো/গুদাম/স্টোরে পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতার সাপেক্ষে। অর্ডার করা আইটেম(গুলি) এর স্টক সাময়িকভাবে অনুপলব্ধ হলে Fast Recharge BD কর্তৃপক্ষ ৪ থেকে ২৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারে।
খ) যদি গ্রাহক পণ্যের (গুলি) স্টকের উপলব্ধতার জন্য অপেক্ষা করতে সম্মত হন, তাহলে অর্ডারটি সর্বোচ্চ ৩০ দিনের জন্য খোলা/প্রসেসিং/হোল্ড অবস্থায় থাকতে পারে।
গ) ধারা (ক) এর ক্ষেত্রে, যদি গ্রাহক ইতিমধ্যেই অর্ডারের বিপরীতে অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদান করে থাকেন, তাহলে গ্রাহক ১-১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে কোনো ক্যাশব্যাক না পেলে সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত পাবেন। প্রাপ্ত ক্যাশব্যাকের পরিমাণ রিফান্ডের পরিমাণের সাথে সমন্বয় করা হবে।
ঘ) যেকোন অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার পর, যদি গ্রাহকের দ্বারা অর্ডারটি বাতিল করা হয় এবং সেই অর্ডারের বিপরীতে গ্রাহকের দ্বারা ইতিমধ্যেই অনলাইন পেমেন্ট করা হয়ে থাকে, Fast Recharge BD রিফান্ডের পরিমাণ বিতরণ করার সময় একটি অনলাইন গেটওয়ে লেনদেন ফি চার্জ করবে।
ঙ) নির্দিষ্ট বিক্রেতাদের পণ্য সরবরাহের জন্য অগ্রিম অর্থপ্রদান প্রয়োজন। এই ধরনের অর্ডারের জন্য গ্রাহক অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদান না করলে আমরা যেকোন অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারি।
প্রত্যাবর্তন/প্রতিস্থাপন গ্যারান্টি নিম্নোক্ত শর্তাবলীর মধ্যে প্রযোজ্য নাও হতে পারে:
• পণ্যের অপব্যবহারের কারণে ক্ষতি
• পণ্যের ত্রুটির কারণে আকস্মিক ক্ষতি
• যেকোন ভোগ্য বস্তু যা ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে বা ইনস্টল করা হয়েছে
• অন্তর্বাস, অন্তর্বাস, মোজা এবং পোশাক বিনামূল্যে
• টেম্পারড বা অনুপস্থিত সিরিয়াল / UPC নম্বর সহ পণ্য
• কোন ক্ষতি/ত্রুটি যা প্রস্তুতকারকের ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় নেই
• যে কোনও পণ্য যা সমস্ত আসল প্যাকেজিং এবং আনুষাঙ্গিক ছাড়াই ফেরত দেওয়া হয়, বাক্স সহ, প্রস্তুতকারকের প্যাকেজিং যদি থাকে, এবং অন্যান্য সমস্ত আইটেম যা মূলত সরবরাহ করা পণ্যের সাথে অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকে।
N.B: পণ্যের প্রতিস্থাপন Fast Recharge BD-এ একই প্রাপ্যতা সাপেক্ষে।
একই/পরের দিন ডেলিভারি
শুধুমাত্র ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে নির্বাচিত বিক্রেতাদের অর্ডার ডেলিভারির জন্য প্রযোজ্য।
সকাল 10:00 এর আগে নিশ্চিত করা অর্ডার একই/পরের দিনের ডেলিভারির জন্য বিবেচনা করা হবে।
আমাদের অফিসে সংরক্ষিত পণ্য শুধুমাত্র একই/পরের দিন ডেলিভারির জন্য যোগ্য।
অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময় গণনা আমাদের গ্রাহক পরিষেবা এজেন্টদের একজনের দ্বারা অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণের পরে শুরু হবে।
অথবা যেকোন অর্ডার প্রদান বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
গ্রাহক যদি একই/পরের দিন ডেলিভারির নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলীর সাথে একমত না হন তবে যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার জন্য অনুরোধ করতে পারেন।
Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
We cover a 3 Days Replacement Guarantee (except intact box or packet) for physical products sold on Fast Recharge BD. Refund is only applicable to the canceled order items due to product unavailability. REQUIREMENT FOR A VALID RETURN:
Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc)
The reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)
If you find any item missing, or if anything is damaged, please immediately return the package to your
delivery agent. After you accept the package, we are unable to receive claims for missing, wrong or
defective items. VALID CONDITIONS AND REASONS TO RETURN AN ITEM (General):
Delivery of wrong product
Delivery of defective product
Delivery of the products with missing parts
Incorrect content on the website
CONDITIONS AND REASONS TO RETURN A RFL PRODUCT(s):
Product(s) cannot be returned once received by the customer. THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED:
Underwear
Swimwear
Skincare, Cosmetics & Perfumes
Personal hygiene items such as earrings, wigs, and combs
Consumables such as ci**rs and beverages
INSTALLATION SERVICE TERMS:
For products that require installation/fitting, the installation service will be provided within 3 working days from the day of product receiving. Product(s) cannot be returned once received by the customer. CANCELLATION & REFUND DUE TO PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY:
Delivery of the ordered items is subject to the availability of the products at our vendor's depot/warehouse/store. Fast Recharge BD authority may cancel any order within 4 to 25 working days if the stock of the ordered item(s) is temporarily unavailable. If the customer agrees to wait for the availability of the stock of the product(s), the order may remain in open/processing/hold status for a maximum of 30 days. In the case of clause (a), if the customer has already made an advance payment against the order, the customer will receive a full refund, if not received any cashback, within 1-10 working days. The received Cashback amount will be adjusted with the refund amount. After confirming any Order, if the order is canceled by the customer and online payment is already made by the customer against that order, Fast Recharge BD will charge an Online Gateway Transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount. Advance payment is required for the delivery of certain vendors' products. We may cancel any order if the advance payment is not made by the customer for such orders. RETURN/REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE MAY NOT APPLY IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
• Damages due to misuse of the product
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed
• Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and clothing freebies
• Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
• Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered. N.B: Replacement of the product is subject to availability of the same on Fast Recharge BD. Same/Next Day Delivery
Only applicable for Selected Vendors' Order delivery inside Dhaka city. Orders confirmed before 10:00 am will be considered for same/next-day delivery. Products which are stored at our office are only eligible for same/next-day delivery. Order processing time count will start after the order is processed by one of our Customer Service agents. Othoba reserves the right to deliver or cancel any order. Customer can request for canceling any order if he/she doesn't agree with the same/next day delivery terms & conditions.
