Through structured collaboration, we clarified the industry’s priorities, shaped a confident identity rooted in its material reality, and built a platform that turns commitment into credible action.

Today, tap water solutions are multiplying: fountains, filtered water, carbonation machines, and reusable bottles are all driving consumers towards the tap. Yet, mineral water remains, by nature, the purest and most natural choice. Spadel was looking for a way to offer consumers access to pure water while minimizing the ecological impact of its packaging.

Great ideas often come from co-creation. In close collaboration with all the relevant departments at Spadel, and with the expert guidance of renowned eco-design consultant Fabrice Peltier, the agency led a series of intensive workshops. This in-depth process generated multiple industrial hypotheses and a range of prototypes with reduced environmental impact.

Additionally, Shake designed a modular wooden stand for catering and coworking spaces.

Since its launch, the Eco Pack keeps winning over more and more consumers. But the real win? In just one year, nearly 2 million 5-liter Eco Packs sold helped Spadel cut 167 tons of plastic. It was also crowned Product of the Year in 2023.

Being an official sponsor of the Giro d'Italia is a golden opportunity to put your brand in the spotlight. Once again this year, Wonderful Pistachios is shifting gears to boost brand awareness and accelerate sales throughout the race.

Shake designed a full-throttle activation strategy that makes the most of every possible touchpoint. From on-course product placement to social media campaigns, from contests to in-store POS, flap caddies, on-pack stickers, casting events, and DOOH… every channel is pushing the brand forward.

Present at each of the 15 stages of this 108th edition of the legendary race, Wonderful Pistachios was clearly the brand to draft behind this season.

Whether it was falling from the sky or served along the way, water was definitely the star of the show at the 20km of Brussels this Sunday, May 25th.

Our client Spa Belgium, a long-time sponsor of the race, stood out with a vibrant stand that we designed especially for the event, featuring interior and exterior branding, race jerseys, a photo booth and even cupcakes.

It's always a pleasure to see our ideas come to life at such a popular event. Thank you Spadel for your trust over the years and for such projects!

Buy Way, a long-standing client of the agency, has become a leading fintech company in the credit market. And its identity had to follow suit.

Over the years, Buy Way has become an essential brand for people looking for innovative financing solutions. Through a vast distribution network, the operator appeals to an increasingly younger target group that is looking for a high-performance user experience (in the “buy now pay later” trend) with clear comprehensive messages. Buy Way is now considered a modern tool in the hands of its customers, so its graphic identity had to be updated accordingly.

Thus, we deployed a 360° branding strategy and the entire brand system was reviewed: the identity, the graphic language, the colours, the iconography and the design of all the offline and online touchpoints. The tone of voice favours a frontal relationship with the user, being both punchy and authentic.

Even if it’s too early to display figures here, we can already see that the new Buy Way look contributes to the growing satisfaction of all users (customers and partners).
