Colour analysis charts of various objects, such as Assyrian tiles, Persian rugs, a case containing an Egyptian mummy, and even a teacup and saucer — looking at times like some kind of strange fusion of De Stijl abstraction and Tetris.

I was commissioned to design in 2004 to design a new identity for the KVS theater. Since then that logotype changed twice, but mine is visible on those poles, steel is forever.

Coronamaatregelen of niet, vanaf 26 april kan je opnieuw naar toneel gaan kijken in de KVS. Zelfs als de cultuursector dan nog steeds op slot zit, wil het cultuurhuis 50 toeschouwers in de zaal.

So there's a name for it :
I was missing that.

"Sans serif typefaces without spurs (verticals that extend beyond the bowls of letters like the ‘a’, ‘b’, ‘d’, g, ‘m’, and ‘n’). This style was first made popular by Hans Reichel’s FF Dax in 1995."

When i was asked to create a logo for VuurWerk ('FireWork'), a campaign of Flemish non-profit organizations against budget cuts i went for something simple and easily reproductible. It's always a pleasure to see it adopted and unfurled in the street.
