DC Salas' sophomore LP is now out on R.A.N.D Muzik and Echocentric Records. Grabbing support from Mixmag, Trommel, 6 Music, Groove, Refuge Worldwide and DJ Mag UK & US, the LP spans house, progressive, new beat, acid and trance. And DJs lining up the tracks for play include Sonja Moonear, HAAi, Secretsundaze, Harrison BDP, Aletha, Raresh, Martyn Bootyspoon, and Cromby.

On the release, DC Salas said: "Home is where I live but not only that. Home is where I feel happy. It might be my safe place for an hour, a night, a day, or a lifetime. It can be San Borja, Laeken, Gembloux or Rue Blaes. A dance floor or a record store. The most important are the memories linked to these precious places. They keep people alive, they comfort me. When you lose precious people, finding ways to move forward is key. Writing music about places and memories is my favourite way to learn to live without them. Each track in « To the Places I Call(ed) Home » is a journey through the spaces and moments that have shaped my life. It’s a tribute to the fragments of my past that continue to influence my present."

The album features collaborations with two very talented artists  and
And there's a very special third collab - his Belgian grandmother on the track « Au Revoir » – it’s her voice saying « Au Revoir » (goodbye) the last time he saw her.

Big thanks to for Best 2000s Dance Tracks according to  and .boring - a euphoric nostalgia-inducing playlist of iconic dance bangers 🙌

London-based DJ, producer, and singer Memphis LK is back with a bold new EP that dives into grittier, high-energy sounds. Teaming up with fellow Aussie talents DJ BORING and Willaris. K, the five-track release is packed with club-ready anthems that blend electronica and club pop.

Since relocating from Melbourne, Memphis LK has been making waves across the UK club scene, performing at iconic venues and festivals like The Cause and Field Day. Her ‘Say’ EP, released earlier this month, captures the raw, propulsive energy of her evolving artistry in the dance space.

To celebrate their collaboration, Memphis LK and DJ BORING have selected five iconic tracks each to get your weekend (or weekday) party started...

Fresh off the back of his Rekids debut, Tiger Stripes lands on Cassy’s label Kwench Records for the first time with his The Blessing EP. With two high-spirited tracks guaranteeing house music-induced euphoria, the Stockholm-based DJ and producer affirms that he’s back feeling newly-inspired.

Immersed in house and techno circles since the early 2000s, Hot Creations, Desolat, Kneaded Pains and Get Physical have all hosted his records. During a brief pause in producing electronic music with him focussing on his indie-rock project Little Lies, warming up for house pioneer Kerri Chandler in Stockholm was the catalyst to returning to his Tiger Stripes alias.

“It was an incredible night playing soulful, deep house and to rejoin again with Kerri - we’d made a few tracks together years ago. I woke up the next morning and knew I wanted to bring my music back to where it all started for me, back to my roots. Music with a positive energy is what we need more of right now because the world is a troubled place. I love what Cassy plays, the mood she creates, so it’s fantastic to be a part of Kwench Records and hear my tracks in her sets.”

Tiger Stripes - The Blessing EP out now on Kwench Records.

Memphis LK joined Katie Baxter in Reprezent's studios last month, chatting all things London and that new EP featuring a collab with DJ BORING.

Out this Friday, she's bringing grittier sounds, and in her words, it's her best yet. Moving from Melbourne to London last year, the new stuff is inspired by clubbing blasts across the UK and Europe.

Chill out, check in for the catch-up, and grab a listen to her guest mix for an early listen to the new tunes and some of her current faves ☄️

Fuse Brussels resident DC Salas is in with the next single from his sophomore LP To The Places I Call(ed) Home. ‘Homesick’ follows on from ‘Joli Rêve’, giving another taste of this personal and poignant release.

Eager to preserve memories through music, ones that trace his Belgian and Peruvian heritage, the album is a trip packed with heartening recollections. ‘Homesick’ is a propulsive cut that barrels through the air with intent as touches of Goa and trance swell in the atmosphere. The single’s artwork features a picture of DC Salas with his Belgian grandmother bringing another personal touch to the release.

“I wrote this one to gather my feelings of missing home. But this home might not only be Belgium. It’s sometimes Lima, my grandmother’s home, and other times my Belgian grandparents’ house. It fights against the nostalgia of these lost places.”

1st November for the LP on R.A.N.D Muzik and Echocentric.

San Francisco-based Banksis released the third EP on his Ordinary Pleasures imprint this month. Exciting switch in sound to more ambient experiments. Check out the Radiohead sample from a live performance of 'Bloom' on the A Side. He also leans more heavily into his Indian heritage with a vocal sample from a piece by composer and sitarist Ravi Shankar - founder of the National Orchestra of India. He gave sitar lessons to The Beatles’ George Harrison.

The B Side leans into his childhood years growing up in Kitwe, Zambia. It features a vocal sample from the archives of ethnomusicologist Hugh Tracey. From the 1920s through the 1970s, Tracey made over 35,000 recordings of African folk music.

He sat down with Metal Magazine and C Heads chatting through the music, the inspirations, and the methods.

.b.cdwm in the mix for Slam Radio. In her words, this one comes right from the heart. It's gnarly and darker than what she normally plays.

TW: s3xua! ass@ult and vi0l3nce

"I made this mix in the middle of my Asia tour, amidst news a lot of news about vi0l3nce, s3xua! ass@ult, r@pe & murd3r of FLINTAs all over the world. This mix is primarily FLINTA producers as an ode to all those who have been victims...you didn't ask for it and you didn't deserve it 💔

Something I read, "the deep reaction women feel about news of vi0l3nce with other women is because it builds trauma within us, fear at our core that the news could have been about us or a loved one."

This mix is an ode to minorities who take microaggressions in their stride because they happen all the time, and keep looking over their back fearing for their safety everyday...it’s an ode to people all over the world who brave through everyday just to survive when other humans play power games to feed their ego and destroy lives.

My hope is that we, as the people embodying the spirit of resistance in the music culture we are part of, stand up for those less privileged than us. I urge each one reaching this to show your allyship to create safer spaces in real action, and not just hollow words."

London based maya q joins Seb Wildblood’s All My Thoughts imprint with a six track EP that explores a myriad of emotions titled ‘It’s only forever’.

For Maya, this EP is a reflection on what it means to be home and the relationships which make it so, written over a two month period of transition and change.

Musically the record spans six tracks each with their own style. Some uptempo breaksy cuts along with more delicate down tempo moments.
