For this project, I created a logo for a fictional coffee brand called Ember & Bean. The concept behind the logo combines a coffee bean and a flame to represent the coffee roasting process. The flame growing from the center of the bean symbolizes heat, roasting, and transformation from raw beans into coffee.
I wanted the brand to feel warm, artisanal, and premium, so I used earthy coffee colors like dark brown, cream, and ember orange. These colors are inspired by roasted coffee beans, warmth, and the atmosphere of a coffee shop.
For the typography, I chose a serif style to give the logo an elegant and slightly vintage feel, while still looking clean and modern. The combination of the symbol and typography creates a balanced logo that could work on coffee cups, packaging, shop signs, and social media.
This logo was created as a branding and logo design exercise, starting from the concept and sketch, then building the logo in Illustrator, and finally presenting it on mockups and brand visuals.
