Who knew that you could make a cabinet from wood chips? Or fuel a stove with organic waste? Renewi did.

To bring awareness to their Circular Materials, BRANDON & BRANDA created a striking campaign that shows how waste is given a new life. We made a series of split-screen visuals that showed the waste material on one side, and what it could become on the other. This campaign proves that waste can be transformed into high quality and sustainable raw materials for manufacturers who want to reduce their carbon footprint. Same with design, it can be reimagined into something that makes an impact. Creativity. Renewed.

Vrouwen zijn de underdog in de wereld van STEM. Ondanks de obstakels die ze tegenkomen, blijven ze schitteren en laten ze de wereld zien dat vrouwen een natuurkracht zijn. De tentoonstelling 'Zij Is Wetenschap' van de VUB toont rauwe en eerlijke portretten van vrouwen in de wetenschap en hun unieke verhalen. We creëerden een krachtige, veelzijdige campagne met een close-up van deze vrouwen die een verschil maken. Vrouwen die barrières doorbreken. Vrouwen die de wetenschap vormgeven.

Aan alle fantastische vrouwen ter wereld: we vieren jullie niet alleen vandaag, maar elke dag.

When we created the branding for VUB Tomorrow, VUB’s science magazine, we were inspired by how science enlightens the world. The logo shows a sun moving over the horizon, a metaphor for not only living in the present but also looking forward to tomorrow. The VUB wanted to reach more people and ensure that the magazine is sustainable and future-proof, so we created the design of the digital magazine. This platform gives people free access to a wealth of articles, continuing the spread of knowledge not only today but also tomorrow.

Open Mind. Open Science. Open Campus. This is the theme of the VUB’s 2025 academic year opening, reflecting the values of the university: Vrij Denken. Overal. / Think freely. Anytime.

BRANDON & BRANDA created a visual identity that brought this message into the campus. We brought the V to life and used it as an iconic graphic element. From building wraps, window and wall stickers, to directional signages, we got the message across that at the VUB, everybody is encouraged to think freely, anytime and anywhere they are.

FACT: Flanders Alliance for Climate Technology is a collaboration of research groups within the VUB with the purpose of developing sustainable solutions that aim for zero-carbon emissions. BRANDON & BRANDA engineered the branding, from the name, manifesto, and house style. They also crafted the baseline ‘Engineering a Net-Zero Society’, which communicates the group’s mission. The creative work reflects a credible, science-based, united group dedicated to making a transformative impact on the world. That is a FACT.

Mac Crown London Dry gin wanted a packaging design to match its crisp, clean, aromatic flavour. Classy, yet accessible. Crafted in the spirit of tradition but infused with a modern edge. BRANDON & BRANDA was bestowed the crown for this challenge.

We deliberately chose the colours red and yellow — red, as a nod to tradition and heritage, and yellow, for vibrancy and the brightness of flavours. The fonts are modern and bold, commanding your attention from the shelves, setting the product apart from the competition. As a final touch, we added an icon of a crown, a reference to its name, and an homage to the old-world craft that we continue to enjoy today.
