Garmin Belux wants every woman to be able to run where she wants, when she wants and how she wants. A message we can only support! That is why we helped them to develop a combat warm-up; a warm-up exercise that teaches you self-defense. Ex-athlete Kim Gevaert and taekwondo expert Laurence Rase helped us put together the exercises. FamousGrey brought everything together in three powerful tutorials and a manifesto. The National Happiness survey of life insurance company NN and Universiteit Gent reveals new figures on Belgian job satisfaction. It shows that managers play an essential role in our job satisfaction. But there is still work to be done. Half of the employees feel that their managers do not take their well-being and opinions into account. NN and Universiteit Gent let experts and CEOs have their say in order to change this.
