It’s been a little quiet around here… but definitely not behind the scenes. 📸
August was filled with beautiful family sessions, events, and so many wonderful people in front of my camera

At the same time, I’ve been trying to enjoy the summer with my own children. We’ve had family and friends visiting... enjoyed the long summer days, and tried to find that lovely (and sometimes tricky!) balance between work and family life.

I can’t wait to share some of the beautiful sessions I’ve been photographing over the past few weeks. There’s lots coming soon 🤩

Photographing Odiel and his mom has become a yearly tradition and I love it. 🤩

Even from behind my camera, I can’t believe how quickly the years fly by. My own son is the same age, so I know just how fast these little ones grow.

These are the moments worth remembering...
One day, these images will take you right back to the little things you never want to forget:
The way they laughed at your jokes...
The moment they were learning to write their name...

Some photography sessions are all about capturing feelings. I had the opportunity to photograph part of the In-Sync Retreat, where Jolien of Stro.ohm and Lena of Momfit & Empowher brought together a group of woman from Belgian to Portugal 🌞
These sweet woman came together to move, connect and reflect during their stay at Makou.
It was such a beautiful atmosphere to capture... filled with openness and genuine connection. Being invited to document these type of moments feels like a privilege 🧡

Óbidos is one of my favourite places in Portugal to photograph families. 🧡
This beautifully preserved medieval town feels like stepping back in time. Wandering through its cobbled streets, whitewashed and colourful houses, flowers, and ancient castle walls creates the perfect backdrop for timeless memories.

Did you know Óbidos was once known as the "Wedding Gift Town"? For centuries, Portuguese kings gifted the town to their queens as a wedding present. It's easy to see why they fell in love with its beauty and charm... and so do I every time I visit 😍

Next to photographing families and brands, I occasionally take on projects in interiors, real estate, and holiday rentals. And this one is especially close to my heart. 🥰
This is Quinta Courela do Monte , created by my husband's brother and my sister-in-law. Less than a year ago, this was just a dream..and look at what they've built.

Surrounded by nature, yet just minutes from the beautiful coastal towns of Santa Cruz and Lourinhã, their glamping site is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy everything this region has to offer.
Their farm is home to horses, donkeys, and plenty of space for children to explore. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a fun family day out, you can visit to stay, meet the animals or ride horses 🐴
Definitely worth checking out Quinta Courela do Monte 🧡
