For Polestar, we organised a roadshow across Leuven, Mechelen, Bruges and Namur, bringing the Polestar 2, 3 and 4 closer to potential customers.

Each location combined a carefully selected test-drive route, strong brand visibility, hospitality and on-site sales support — turning interest into meaningful conversations and sales opportunities.

For Moët & Chandon, our logistics team transformed the terrace of Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Reylof in Ghent into a premium summer destination, bringing the brand experience to life down to the smallest detail.

From transport and installation to styling and on-site ex*****on, every element had to be perfectly aligned to create the right atmosphere.

A great example of how logistics, production and brand experience come together to turn a location into a true brand moment.

It starts when our ice cream sales team hits the road. 🍦

Our Unilever / The Magnum Ice Cream Company crew - a team of 20 sales reps - spent the last two months making sure both existing and new customers are fully ready for the season.

New freezer placements, stocked freezers, fresh visibility and strong in-store presence for OLA, Magnum, Cornetto and Ben & Jerry’s.

More than 2300 promo placements activated across the market during this year’s Season Start Ice Cream campaign.

And behind the scenes? Pure technical madness.

From production and build-up to making sure every moving piece landed exactly where it had to, Panama delivered the full technical production for this insane setup.
