I can move mountains for that.

The last few weeks was one of those
where everything happened at once.

Full days of coaching.
Facilitating workshops.
A 21-day content challenge with running at the same time.

Little sleep.
And on top of all of that, furnitures to build 😅

My kids were moving into their new homes for their start at university in two different cities.
And I was the one showing up with the tools.

I will not lie, it was a lot.
But I used every bit of strength I had and kept going.

Because when it matters, you find the energy.
You find the mindset. You just do it.

And when I stepped back and saw them happy,
settled in their own space, starting their next chapter,
I felt something I do not feel every day.

Truly proud. Of them. And of myself.

That is why I can move mountains.
Not only for my the business, and the numbers.

But for moments like that.

Follow along for more of my real story.

Or because you are an entrepreneur who needs more clarity, energy and an identity shift to grow above what you consider your potential.🦋

I started my business at 54.
And I had no idea what I was doing.

I thought working more hours meant working harder.
I thought I had to have it all figured out before I could start.

I thought I needed to wait until I had enough money,
enough confidence, and enough clarity.

I waited a long time for something
that was never going to arrive on its own.

So I stopped waiting and started moving.
I followed a system, got coached, and learned by doing.

I made mistakes. I invested in myself first.
I even took on debt to bet on my own potential.

And slowly, everything started to shift.

Four years later, I have built something I am proud of.
Not because I had it easy, but because I kept going.

Here is what I wish someone had told me
before I took that first step.

Eleven lessons. Hard earned.
Every single one of them still guiding me today.

Save this post and come back to it
when you need a reminder that it is never too late to start.

And if you want more real talk about building a business and a life you love,
follow me. I share it all here. 🦋

For years, I was afraid I would not be able to secure myself financially.
So I waited. And waited. Until I was 54.

I kept telling myself I needed to figure it out first.
But the truth is, I never found clarity by thinking harder.

I found it by talking.
By trying. By being guided through it.

That is what I want to tell every woman who is where I once was.
You are not stuck because you are not smart enough.

You are stuck because you are trying to do it alone.
And that is the one thing that will keep you waiting the longest.

Here is what I would tell my younger self,
in the order it actually needs to happen.

Start with the first one.
It unlocks everything else.

I was lost.

I lost my energy, my patience, and the joy of getting up
and starting my day.

I knew something had to change
if I wanted to be happy with my life.

When I became an entrepreneur, my mentor taught me these 20 things.
They changed the way I show up, every single day.

I took back control instead of letting life control me.
And immediately, I felt the shift.

Mentally. Physically. Professionally.
It is the most powerful thing I have ever experienced.

And I see the same shift happening in my clients
who apply it too.

Don’t try to do it all at once.
Choose one action or habit you want to change and start there.

Give it 60 days.
That is the time your brain needs to make it a new habit.

These 20 points will help you stay focused
and stop keeping yourself busy with everything except what matters.

These 5 books did not just change my business.
They changed who I am.

When I was stuck, lost, and unsure of what came next,
I started reading and listening to these books.
Because I needed answers, and these books had them.

They helped me shift the way I think,
the way I see myself, and the way I show up every day.

They pulled me out of the life I was just surviving
and into the life I actually wanted to live.

One book at a time, I started to see more clearly.
I got my energy back, my confidence, and my direction.

I stopped playing small
and started building something real.

Today I have a business I am proud of.
I still have a long way to go, but I do live the life I choose for.

Fulfilled. Passionate. Free.
That is what reading the right books can do for you.

If you are feeling stuck right now,
start with one of these. It might change everything.

If you want more book recommendations, mindset shifts, and real talk about building a business and life you love

I lost my job, my marriage, and the father of my kids.
And somehow, that became the foundation of everything I have today.

Every hard moment I lived through
had a reason.

I didn’t see it then.
But looking back now, I do.

The loss taught me to not take anything for granted.
The fear taught me to be brave anyway.

The loneliness taught me to trust myself.
The chaos taught me to build something solid.

Every time life knocked me down,
I came back a little stronger and a little clearer.

That is why I do what I do today.
I know what it costs, and I know it is worth it.

Your pain is not wasted.
It is preparing you for what comes next.

For most of my life,
I thought I wasn’t smart enough.

Not as a passing thought.
As a fact I had accepted about myself.
Everything around me
seemed to confirm it.

And for a long time, the timeline seemed to prove it.

High school at 20, not 18.
University at 28, not 22.
First international travel job at 33, not 25.
First property at 38, not 25.
Pregnant at 39, not 29.
Promoted to VP Marketing EMEA at 41, not 30.
Founder at 54, not 30.
First female 10X Performance Coach in Europe at 55.

Late. Every single time.

But here’s what I know now
that I couldn’t see then

I wasn’t late.
I was on my own timeline.

Every single one of those milestones happened.
Not despite the doubt, not despite the delay,
but through them.
Because I kept going anyway.

Today I lead a community of high-achieving founders,
support women building businesses on their terms,
and help executives make the career shifts
they’ve been too afraid to make.

None of that looks like what I expected.
All of it is more than I dared to hope for.

You are capable of far more than you realise,
the moment you stop measuring yourself
against someone else’s timeline
and start trusting your own.

Which milestone on this list
would you have told yourself was too late?

For most of my life,
I was the woman who avoided cameras.

Not because I didn’t want to be seen.
Because I didn’t believe I was worth seeing.

That voice started in my teenage years
and followed me all the way into my business.
Even when I became a coach,
the person whose job it is to help others believe in themselves,
my own inner voice was still telling me
I wasn’t enough.

The photoshoots didn’t fix that overnight.
But they gave me something to grow into.

The first one taught me it was possible.
The second one taught me who I could become.

I showed up as the woman I wanted to be,
before I fully believed I was her.
And somewhere between the nerves and the lens,
something shifted.

Today I step in front of a camera
without shrinking.
I post. I show up. I am visible.
Not because the insecurities disappeared
but because I stopped letting them decide.

If you’ve been hiding behind the scenes
because you don’t feel ready to be seen
you don’t need to feel ready.
You just need to start.

What’s one small step you could take today
to show up more fully as yourself?

Follow along for more.
