In the latest edition of the "Hearts That Speak" campaign by Novartis България, we’ve teamed up with expert Madlen Algafari to break down the barriers of "prevention fear."
We’re asking the hard questions: Why do we prioritize everyone’s health but our own?

🤍 To turn these thoughts into action, we created a dedicated wall-a space for everyone to leave their own messages and hand-drawn hearts. It became a living gallery of promises, where people shared their personal commitments to prevention and self-care.

💡By merging clinical science with psychology, our exclusive webinar with Prof. Ivo Petrov and Madlen Algafari explored the vital link between mental state and heart health. We also highlighted the importance of Familial Hypercholesterolemia, reminding us that high cholesterol can be a silent genetic legacy, not just a lifestyle choice.

Last summer, the ‘70s rolled in style in Sofia for a glamorous comeback! 🛼
Here is how we proved that 0% alcohol can be 100% fun.

✨Meet Drink Rink - the fabulous roller skating rink, envisioned and brought to life by our friends at Pernod Ricard , Noble Graphics and Qwerty Advertising Agency, and powered by the PR and influencer marketing support of Propaganda Group.

And the star of the show? Beefeater 0.0% - the drink that redefined summer fun in the heart of Sofia. It was a launch so hot it got awarded a Bronze Effie award in the category “New Product or Service Introduction”. 🏆

Our influencer marketing team at Hypelinker was also on a roll this summer, scoring:
460+ earned social media publications
50+ paid influencer publications
5 special events, including an activation with essence cosmetics
1.2M people reached through influencer marketing and over 300K people reached through media

And the biggest plot twist? Our best results came from pro bono partnerships with 25 micro influencers. Kudos to you all! 🩷

A sign that skipping this case study would be a mistake.
Here’s how we turned synchronicities into an award-winning influencer marketing campaign that also produced tangible business results.

Introducing you to “All signs lead to…Vola!” for GoVola
Bulgaria is full of streets named after destinations - blvd. Madrid. Paris street. Prague blvd. Coincidence?
We took it as a sign. And turned into the creative insight for our campaign.

“All signs lead to…Vola” turned destiny into a booking trigger and the results followed. Street signs became travel triggers.
Influencers became messengers.
And suddenly, booking with GoVola felt less like a decision the universe was conspiring to happen.

In autumn 2025, Olympus Foods Bulgaria “Strength for the New Generation” initiative returned — sharper, braver, and more intentional than ever.
This time, we tackled bullying at its core — through emotional intelligence. Again we partnered with Noble Graphics who envisioned and created “Magic School: The Secret Power of the New Generation” — an educational board game that helps children explore, name, and express emotions through play.

Propaganda powered the campaign through impactful media stories and meaningful influencer collaborations, reaching thousands of students, parents, and educators across Bulgaria. 📚

Year three, still going strong! 🤝We're incredibly proud to team up with Novartis България for the third consecutive year on the "Time is Life" campaign.
What makes this campaign meaningful is the collaboration between doctors, patients, key opinion leaders, and the media to highlight the importance of early breast cancer prevention. 🎗️
Breast cancer is getting younger. The message is simple: the earlier you start prevention, the higher the chance of a life-saving diagnosis.
Our goal is to overcome the fear, the lack of information, and the taboos that prevent women from seeking medical consultation.

“Strength for the New Generation” 2024 was never just a campaign, it was a movement built to change the conversation about bullying in Bulgarian schools. We’re proud that this impact was also recognised for its effectiveness, earning a Silver Effie award in the category “Audience Engagement".

Olympus set the mission. Noble Graphics envisioned and executed the campaign and the creative brilliance. Propaganda powered the influencer marketing and PR.
