🇪🇺Budakov Films continues its active contribution to the Co.De project! 🇧🇬🤝 Co.De. Education
Today, we joined our partners in another regular online consortium meeting of Co.De – Collaborative Design for Digital Education, where we reviewed the latest progress and coordinated the next steps of the project.
We were especially pleased to report the successful completion of the National Conference in Bulgaria, organised by Budakov Films, which welcomed 51 participants and generated very positive engagement around the Co.De results and their practical value for educators. 🇧🇬📚
The meeting also focused on:
🎓 the ongoing piloting activities with teachers across partner countries
💻 the continued use of the Co.De Moodle Toolkit, including the Pedagogical and Technical Guidelines
📊 Project Management and Quality Assurance, confirming that implementation remains on track
📢 Dissemination and visibility activities, strengthening the reach and impact of the project
🌍 preparation for the remaining milestones and the Final International Conference on 14 October 2026

🇪🇺🇧🇬 CREATIVEinGREEN National Conference in Sofia
On 1 September 2026, organised the Bulgarian National Conference of the Erasmus+ KA220 project Creativeingreenproject (Project No: 2024-1-PT01-KA220-HED-000247462), hosted by New Bulgarian University in Sofia.
With 51 participants, the event brought together representatives from higher education and the creative sector to explore how AI, sustainable design, responsible digital innovation and green transformation are shaping the future of creative education and professional practice.
The conference focused on turning European cooperation into concrete impact through:
sustainable and ethical AI in the creative industries;
responsible and accessible UI/UX design;
presentation of CREATIVEinGREEN learning resources and project results;
exchange between academia and professional practice;
future collaboration and wider uptake of the project outcomes.
🇪🇺 The event demonstrated the value of Erasmus+ cooperation in transferring knowledge beyond the project consortium and strengthening the connection between education, innovation and sustainable creative practice.
🇧🇬 We are proud that Budakov Films contributed to bringing the results of CREATIVEinGREEN closer to the Bulgarian academic and creative community.

🇪🇺🇧🇬 A successful final milestone for the Co.De. Education . project in Bulgaria! 💡

On August 3rd, 2026, 🇧🇬 Budakov Films organised the Co.De. Final National Conference, kindly hosted by New Bulgarian University in Sofia. The five-hour event brought together 51 participants - reaching 170% of the project’s planned target for the national conference! 👏
👩‍🏫👨‍🏫 Teachers, academics, education professionals and digital-learning experts explored the final Co.De. results, with a special focus on the innovative Moodle-based Co.De. Toolkit - a practical digital environment bringing together pedagogical guidance, learning resources and co-design approaches for more learner-centred education.

🎤 The programme featured contributions from Assoc. Prof. Ilija Kozuharov, Chief Assistant Professor Yordan Karapenchev, Ph.D., Keti Tserovska, M.A., and Tsvetomir Budakov, complemented by an interactive Policy Makers Panel and Q&A session focused on bringing Co.De. results into real educational practice.

📊 Participant feedback was outstanding: 98% overall satisfaction, 98% positive evaluation of the Moodle-based Toolkit, and 96% satisfaction with the presentations and panel discussions.

🇪🇺🇧🇬 We hosted Workshop No. 2 of DeepTech for Creative Trust in Sofia — and it exceeded its target!

On 23 July, our team at Budakov Films organized the second pilot workshop of the Erasmus+ KA210-VET project "DeepTech for Creative Trust: Countering Deepfakes and Enabling Ethical AI in the Audio-Visual Industry", which we're proud to be a partner on. 🎓

📊 Against a minimum target of 10 educators, we welcomed 12 participants — 20% above target. ✅

📚 This workshop focused on the Validation of Ethical, Legal, and Curriculum Integration Aspects (Modules 3–5), putting three of the programme's five core competences to the test: 🔐 Data Protection & Privacy Management, ©️ Intellectual Property & Copyright, and 🧩 Curriculum Integration.

💡 Through case-based discussions, hands-on exercises, and collaborative tasks, participants applied ethical reasoning to real classroom scenarios and contributed structured feedback that will directly shape the training modules, course syllabi, and pedagogical approach ahead of full rollout.

🙏 A big thank you to Dr. Yordan Karapenchev for moderating the workshop and guiding such a rich discussion.

Every insight gathered in Sofia joins the evidence base being built alongside our project partners in Luxembourg and Germany — one standardised, competence-driven validation process across all three countries. 🌱🇪🇺 Budakov Films Continues Driving Innovation in the Creativeingreenproject Project (Project No: 2024-1-PT01-KA220-HED-000247462)! 💡🎨
Films Ltd was pleased to participate in the latest CREATIVEinGREEN online consortium meeting which took place on 13.07.2026, where project partners reviewed the final implementation phase and coordinated the upcoming activities leading to the successful completion of the project.
During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Petyo Budakov presented the preparations for Budakov Films' National Final Conference, which will take place on 1 September 2026 as part of a major university event. The conference will feature a dedicated 3–4-hour CREATIVEinGREEN programme, bringing together academia, creative professionals, industry representatives, and policymakers to discuss sustainable innovation in the creative industries.
The consortium also discussed:
✅ Progress of the international pilot activities and their positive evaluation results;
✅ Dissemination achievements and the final communication campaign;
✅ Sustainability planning to ensure the long-term impact of the project's results;
✅ Preparations for the final transnational meeting in Milan.

🇪🇺 Budakov Films was pleased to participate in the July Monthly Consortium Meeting of the Co.De – Collaborative Design for Digital Education Erasmus+ project, together with our European partners.
The meeting focused on the project's key achievements and upcoming milestones, including:
🔹 Successful implementation of the piloting activities across partner countries.
🔹 Finalisation and translation of the Co.De Toolkit and supporting guides to ensure accessibility in multiple languages.
🔹 Preparation of dissemination activities and local multiplier events, with Budakov Films leading the project's communication and dissemination efforts throughout July–September.
🔹 Confirmation of the Final International Conference, scheduled for 14 October 2026, where the project's results will be presented to the wider educational community.

🚀 Successful Final TPM of the Erasmus+ FutureForward Project! 🇪🇺🇩🇪🇧🇬

We are proud to share the successful completion of the Final Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) of the Erasmus+ co-funded project FutureForward – Empowering Adult Learners to Use AI for Everyday Life and Work, held in Berlin, Germany on 25–26 June 2026.

🇧🇬Budakov Films Ltd was proudly represented by Prof. Dr. Petyo Budakov Dr. Violeta Vasileva, who actively contributed to the strategic discussions shaping the project's final phase.

Over two productive days, project partners reviewed the successful implementation of the AI learning platform, MOOC and animated use cases, analysed the results from the second pilot testing across Europe, and agreed on the final improvements that will make the learning experience even more practical, accessible and impactful for adult learners.

Among the key outcomes:
✨ Planning of additional practical AI learning materials and assignments for the MOOC.
✨ Agreement on sustainability measures to ensure the project's long-term impact beyond its lifetime.
✨ Coordination of the final Multiplier Events across partner countries.
✨ Decision to develop an AI-powered Virtual Assistant to further support learners and maximise the sustainability of the FutureForward platform.

🇧🇬 During the meeting, Budakov Films also presented the successful organisation of its **Second Multiplier Event**, hosted in collaboration with **Sofia University**, demonstrating the growing interest in practical AI competences for adult education.
