Base your store performance on key data metrics from sources like Google analytics , CMS (Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.) heatmaps. You can use that information to analyze what happens once you get their attention. What are they doing/not doing?
βοΈ Not every customer is going to leave you a 5-star product review
What are you doing with those customers? It is not a guarantee, that customers would buy from you again even if they have left you a product review. The question is, how would you nurture them until they do?
