I’m not saying this often enough, but I’m extremely lucky to be working with, collaborating and have as clients some of the best people I’ve met in my life.

This is an example of a mark that is more than the sum of its parts. Created for HappyNest where the was leading the project. I had this idea that was very fun in theory but incredibly bad ex*****on. I suggested making a happy face using the best shape as a smile and two bird heads as eyes their beaks making eyelashes. God, it was so ugly (I’m almost ashamed to post it, let me know if you want to see it). I don’t thing it could become something. But I shared it with the Bofsman and a day later he came out with this absolute stunner.

Gone were the terrible bird heads and instead were these outlines of two bird eggs making just perfect sense. Three arches in harmony, simplicity itself. I myself could have never thought of such an elegant ex*****on.

Alternative proposal for “Pancake” of course this alludes to the usual meaning of the word. A cool Easter egg is that starting from a perfect circle the proportions of the elapses in height directly correspond to the proportions of the crates in an “apple box”, in addition to the mark looking like pancake flipping split into frames.
