In 7 years of running our Internship Program we’ve had 75+ interns and 10+ university partnerships around the world.

Those numbers are cool, but what they represent means a whole lot more to us.

They represent 75+ people we’ve had the opportunity to help find their footing in this industry. People who have stepped into real client work, learned by doing, built confidence in their craft and started carving out careers of their own.

At NOX, we’ve always believed in paying it forward. In pouring into the next generation and giving people the kind of opportunities, access and experience that can change the trajectory of a career.

Client wins are great. Growing the company is great. But getting to raise others up along the way might be one of the coolest parts of what we get to do.

Here’s to the next generation of leaders shaping this industry. We’re grateful to play a small part in their story. 🌪️

AWC brought us in with a clear goal: grow their social presence and get more eyes on the brand.

Our approach was to optimize for shareability. We analyzed what was driving attention and participation across social, identified the behaviors behind it, then built an original format that made sense for AWC.

WE STRUCK GOLD as this video generated 5.2M+ views and 13K+ engagements!

More importantly, it wasn’t a one-off. We’ve since turned the concept into a recurring series, with every iteration continuing to overperform.

Vic Mensa’s recent run is a great example of what happens when content has a distinct visual language and a real POV behind it. It feels intentional, repeatable, and rooted in something deeper than just a promo.

At NOX, we’ve repeatedly seen time and time again that when the visual identity of an artist is clear and their perspective is real, the audience feels that and wants in.

Culture moves fast. Most brands know that. What they underestimate is the internal infrastructure you need to actually keep up.

Your social team’s job has evolved because it’s not enough to make great content anymore. You have to build a team and a system around it that can move in real time. That means process, decision-making speed and a culture that doesn’t bottleneck on approval.

The game is just as much operational as it is creative! Don’t sleep on how you build.
