**How does our label design process work?**

We start with a brief meeting to hear about your product. What are you selling? Who is it for? Do you already have a brand name and logo, or are you starting from an idea?

Next, we’ll ask for your bottle or package measurements, the wording you want on the label, and any specifications from your printer. Once we understand what you need, we’ll send you a quote and timeline before design begins.

We’ll then develop the label and show you how it looks on your product. You’ll also see the full label laid out flat, so you can review the details before approving it for print.

**Turnaround time:** A single label typically takes **7–10 business days** once we’ve received the deposit, measurements and complete product information. A range of flavours or a full packaging project may take longer; we’ll confirm that in your quote.

What goes into creating a product identity?

Here’s a look at **Island Glow**, a Bahamian candle concept we developed for Regal Creative Group’s portfolio.

We began with a brief conversation about the product: who it’s for, where it might be sold, and what someone should feel when they first see it. From there, we created the **Island Glow** name and developed a visual direction inspired by the colour and warmth of The Bahamas.

Next came the details that bring the idea together: a label designed for the glass candle and a matching box that carries the same pattern and colours. The goal was to make every piece feel like it belongs to one brand, whether the candle is displayed on its own or packaged as a gift.

This is a **design concept**, showing how we approach product naming, label design and packaging design from the first conversation through to the finished presentation.
