We're on the hunt for a organized and customer-focused individual (girl)to join our printing shop's front office team!

Job Title: Front Office
Location: Hongkong market, Thimphu
Job Type: Full-time
Office timing: 9:30 am to 8 pm

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely manner

- Provide excellent customer service, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues efficiently

- Process orders, manage sales, and maintain accurate records

- Maintain the office's administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of printed materials

- Handle cash transactions, manage petty cash, and perform daily reconciliations

- Maintain the front office area's cleanliness and organization

Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge

Qualification requirements:
Class X/XII
