We’re proud to have played a part in bringing The Diamond Gallery to life during World Athletics Relays 2026 in Botswana. 💎🇧🇼

For 60 years, diamonds have driven Botswana’s progress. Yet the full story had never been told in one place. The Diamond Gallery was curated to tell the national story of Botswana’s 60 years of diamond leadership.

Here’s to 60 years of progress, and the story still unfolding.

Tholoane’s Touch Art Exhibition filled the room with art, familiar faces, and nothing but good energy.
Proud to have made it happen together. ✨

And just like that, season 3 of our BS Original ‘Chalk Talks’ comes to a close. 🥲 We couldn’t have picked a more calm and grounded artist than Segoh to end the show on a light note! 🤍

Segoh fun facts:

1. She first discovered her artistic side in her home village of Sepopa near the Okavango Delta. 🇧🇼
2. Her work bridges science and art: with a background in biology and chemistry, her analytical training subtly informs the abstract realism she creates. 🔬🎨
3. She has hosted two solo exhibitions; ‘Twiligh Reverie - Celebrating Her Essence” (2024) and ‘”Shades of Her” (2025) 👩🏾‍🎨
4. Her works center emotional philosophy through the explorations of identity, destiny, connection, and the quiet forces shaping human lives. 🪢
5. She aims to use her works as a vehicle to inspire and shape conversations around womanhood. 👩🏽

“Where are the women in our stories and what role have they played in shaping who we are?” 🧐

This is the question we’re left with as in Segoh closes Chalk Talks Season 3 with her piece titled 'Head Held High'. 🎨🖌

In Episode 3 of Chalk Talks, Onica Lekuntwane steps into the boardroom and takes us back in time to a folktale that set terror and fascination into the hearts of children. 👪

Episode 2 of Chalk Talks is here 🎨

Kim Makin brings “Leteise Interchange” to the chalkboard, drawing inspiration from the Kgale Siding interchange and the road signs that have reshaped how we move through Gaborone.

By blending the bold visual language of road signage with the iconic patterns of Botswana’s beloved leteise, Kim turns a familiar city symbol into something playful, vibrant, and unmistakably local.
