Manage multiple client and company social media accounts simultaneously.
Create dynamic, strategic content (including basic design and video editing) and execute across TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn & YouTube.
Consistently deliver content on time, error-free, and aligned to strategy.
Turn content into measurable outcomes:
Engagement (not vanity โ real interaction)
Lead generation
Conversions
Contribute directly to client acquisition and revenue growth.
Continuously analyze performance and optimize whatโs working.

Proven experience managing brand and client social media accounts.
Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Must possess proven Graphic Design skills, including proficiency in standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or similar) and basic video editing.
Data-driven with a focus on performance and results.
Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
Must be based in Botswana with an understanding of the local environment.
