The Botswana Meat Commission (BMC) is at the National Lands and Agriculture Expo 2026, taking place from 17–20 September 2026 at Sebele Grounds, under the theme: “Repositioning the Agricultural Value Chain Towards GDP Contribution.”

The Expo was officially opened yesterday by the Minister of Lands and Agriculture, Dr Edwin G. Dikoloti, bringing together stakeholders across the agricultural sector to engage, share ideas and explore opportunities to strengthen the sector’s contribution to Botswana’s economy.

Our team is on site and ready to engage with you! We have a variety of ECCO canned products available for sale.

The Botswana Meat Commission (BMC) hosted a product tasting session at the Multi-Species Abattoir (MSA) in Gaborone, bringing together customers and stakeholders to experience a selection of BMC beef cuts and ECCO canned products.

During the session, the Sales and Distribution Manager Dr Mbaakanyi Mazwiduma presented an overview of the Botswana Meat Commission, covering its product portfolio, recent developments, new offerings and what customers can expect in the future.

The session also gave participants an opportunity to share feedback and gain a deeper understanding of BMC's offerings, reinforcing the Commission's commitment to strengthening its local market presence and customer relationships.
