Belarus Introduces Revolutionary Hi-Tech Park Decree 2.0
On December 22, 2017 in Belarus have been signed the decree “On the Development of Digital Economy.”
Simplification of working processes for HTP Residents:
- Authorization to open accounts in non-resident banks is no longer required;
- Payment procedures using electronic money are simplified;
-It is permitted to conduct currency transactions related to the capital transfers by notification;
- HTP residents are given the right to make primary accounting records solely in the course of business transactions with non-residents;
- It is permitted to compile one primary accounting record for homogeneous business transactions;
- It is permitted to use as a primary accounting record the document issued by a non-resident and drawn up in English;
- Legislation on the procedure for conducting and monitoring foreign trade transactions;
